TRUCKLOAD (FTL)- Truckloads are the most efficient way of transporting a large amount of product and save money while doing it. Truckloads offer the best cost per pallet which can help save money on those long hauls.

Less than Truckload (LTL)- LTL offers a more specialized method of transport which also offers more ways of pickup or delivery. Usually done on smaller than normal trucks including 24’- 26’ straight trucks as well as pup tractor trailers, these types of vehicle can offer additional services such as liftgate, residential and inside deliveries.

Partial LTL- Partial LTL offers the same services as LTL while also having the cost benefits of the truckload services. Partial LTL offers better cost per pallet and can be bundled together with other special accessorial services to provide a more dynamic shipment.

Pallet preparation is really important in transporting your freight. The amount of preparation you take in creating the pallet can make a difference in whether your merchandise will arrive with or without damages. Please take the proper steps to create the most secure shipment possible

LTL

• ​Shrink Wrap- Pallets should be properly wrapped with enough film to prevent sliding or movement within of merchandise
• Corner boards- If the shipment consists of slippery merchandise the use of corner boards will help prevent unwanted shifting
• Straps- are not necessary in most cases but if the boxes are heavy or different sizes in most cases it is the only way to secure the freight.
• Weight- pallet total weight is very important, if a pallet is too heavy it is very hard to move and manage its movement within the truck. Please keep this in mind when prepping your shipment if the pallet is over 1500 lbs please consider making another pallet
